Starting Colts In Harness Part 1 & 2 with Cathy Zahm
This video follows Cathy Zahm during her first three days of training three different green horses, using a bitting rig of her own design. She first shows how to tie the horse to keep things safe, then how to work in a round pen (for which she offers tips on design and construction). As she works each horse, she offers pointers on how to gauge each animal's progress and temperament.
When the horse is deemed ready, Cathy shows how to get it to accept a bridle and collar, then how to harness the horse and hitch it, paired with an experienced horse, to a breaking sled. While Cathy makes the process look easy, she also makes it clear that patience is the key to success when training green colts.
Continuation of days 3 and 4 are shown in Starting Colts Part 2.The video concludes with examples of some problem horses which demonstrate the unmistakable characteristics of being untrainable.

Grooming Tips For Show and Sale with Cathy Zahm
This video clearly shows how to shape up a horse for show or sale - trim the mane and tail; tie the tail; braid or roll and decorate the mane; groom the face, ears, and hooves; avoid clipper marks on the coat; groom legs with or without feathering; how to (and more important, how not to) apply shipping boots; and how to put bloom on the horse. It mentions sources for all the supplies used in the video, and includes a step-by-step show/sale preparation timetable. If you already know how to groom a horse, you may find this video a bit slow; but if you want to learn all the tricks of the trade, you'll have a hard time finding a more thorough demonstration than this.
