We try our best to keep all prices on our web page current, however due to the rapid changes in these prices, All prices subject to change without notice.
All prices are F.O.B. Bonners Ferry, Idaho with the exception of drop shipments. Drop shipments will be charged F.O.B. Bonners Ferry or F.O.B. vendor, whichever is the lesser amount.
All orders under $25.00 will be charged a $10.00 handling fee in addition to shipping charges.
Liability
Equines are very strong animals and all leather goods can and will break under extreme stress. Please check all of your tack before each use for worn or frayed parts and replace items as needed!
Purchaser is entirely responsible for his/her safety while using merchandise purchased from Northwest Harness & Leather.

Returns
Stock items will be accepted for refund or exchange only if they are in like new condition. All returns must be authorized within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately for returns!
No refunds or returns on special order items.
Custom orders are non-refundable and must be paid at time of order unless other arrangements are made prior to order.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa & Mastercard. Please either call or enclose with your order, the name of the card holder, address of card holder, card number and expiration date of card. Remember if any of this information is incorrect, your order could be delayed indefinitely!! Please do not email your credit card information!
Personal checks must allow up to 10 business days for processing. If you do not want to wait for processing of your personal check, please pay by credit card, money order or cashiers check.
Shipping
Credit Card orders usually ship within 3-5 days for all in stock items. Out of stock or custom orders usually take a minimum of 2-4 weeks for completion & shipping.
Drop Shipments
Periodically, we drop shipments items from our vendors. We do this to save our customers shipping costs and or time, or at our customer's request.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, it must be presented to the delivery service for inspection and insurance payment. Keep all packing and boxes from the damaged shipment. Do not use or alter the damaged product in any way as this may cause forfeiture of any credit or refund on the damaged items.
